Each panel is 110.2 inches tall, 23.6 inches width, and 0.83 inches thick.

The panel’s 0.83 inch thickness is a combination of the slat structure and foam backing.

The slats are 1 inch wide, with a 0.6 inch gap between each one.

Due to the size and weight of each panel, we do not offer shipping.

Currently, we only offer pickup from our Plano, TX storage center.

Due to the nature of our products and to maintain quality standards, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refundsonce an order has been purchased or picked up.

We strongly encourage customers to:

• Review product details, dimensions, and specifications carefully before purchasing

• Ask any questions prior to pickup or payment

• Inspect panels at the time of pickup to ensure they meet your expectations

Once panels leave our possession, we cannot accept them back.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you believe you received the wrong product or your order was damaged at the time of pickup, please notify us before leaving the pickup location so we can address the issue immediately.
